Sandbox access is instant — create an account, verify your email and you receive API keys immediately. Production access is activated within 24 hours of KYC document submission.

What minimum wallet balance is required?

No minimum for sandbox. For production, maintain a minimum of ₹500 to process transactions. Wallet can be topped up via NEFT, RTGS or UPI.

Do you support all Indian banks for AEPS and payouts?

Yes — ZuelPay connects to all 200+ NPCI member banks for AEPS, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and UPI transfers.

Is there a fee per API call?

API calls are free. Fees apply only on successful transactions — commission is visible at plan fetch time, fully transparent with no hidden charges.
